Asir Radar is an independent regional information, normalization and intelligence service covering Asir, Saudi Arabia. Developed by Abacore, it is not a Saudi government agency, employment agency, real-estate broker, travel provider or official representative of the sources it references.
We organize lawfully accessible third-party and public information into canonical records, compare observations, distinguish source facts from machine-generated interpretations and display source links, observation dates and coverage limitations. An AI-generated summary is never a replacement for the original record.
There are three independent destinations: Asir Radar canonical URL for citation, original source URL for verification, and an optional commercial action URL for applying, booking or contacting a third party. An outbound partner link may be commercial; it is not the evidence source.
Information is not guaranteed complete, continuously updated, licensed for reuse or independently verified for every source. In particular, an empty list while coverage is PARTIAL, STALE, UNAVAILABLE, ACCESS_RESTRICTED or ERROR is not a verified absence of market opportunities.
Asir Radar may publish aggregated and non-identifying regional statistics. Requests to correct factual records should include the canonical URL, the original source, and the evidence of the change. Our source attributions do not imply any endorsement or partnership.
Applicable framework. This notice is prepared with reference to Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its Implementing Regulations. It describes the public website; new accounts, payments or additional processing will require a revised notice before activation.
Operator and privacy requests. The Asir Radar platform is operated under the Abacore brand. Contact the platform operator at info@abacore.net for access, correction, deletion, questions about processing or complaints.
What may be processed. We do not provide public visitor accounts or maintain a registered visitor profile database. However, normal visits generate technical web-server and security logs, which may contain your IP address, URL, time and browser information. Language and filters may appear in requested URLs. Your privacy choice is held in your browser. After opt-in, pseudonymous first-party session and engagement events may be stored, and Google Analytics may receive online identifiers. If you email us, we process the details in that communication to respond. Please do not send sensitive information unnecessarily.
Purposes and lawful grounds. Technical delivery, operational security, fraud/abuse prevention and service integrity may require proportionate processing grounded in an applicable lawful basis, assessed per purpose. Optional Google Analytics and first-party behavioral/demand events rely on an affirmative, separate analytics choice. We do not make optional analytics a condition of access or infer consent from silence. No personal-data direct marketing is enabled by this notice.
Consent and controls. Non-essential measurement is off until you actively enable it. Use at any time to withdraw or change your choice. Withdrawal stops future optional collection on this browser; it does not automatically erase data lawfully processed earlier. The version, choice and timestamp are stored in your browser for preference continuity. Retention of consent evidence by the controller must be assessed before production.
Infrastructure and recipients. We do not operate a visitor-profile export workflow. Public source links lead to independently controlled sites. Our web infrastructure is hosted in Germany: visiting the website sends network requests to that infrastructure, and technical server logs may be processed there. If you consent, Google Analytics may receive usage information and online identifiers, potentially in other jurisdictions. We do not claim that no cross-border processing occurs. Where Saudi international-transfer requirements apply, relevant legal bases, protections and recipient arrangements must be verified before relying on the transfer.
Retention and safeguards. The current shared Nginx reverse proxy writes technical access logs and rotates them daily, retaining 14 previous rotations under its logrotate policy (approximately 14 days of archived logs plus the active file), unless legal/security preservation requires otherwise. This is the observed server configuration, not a promise about third-party or backup retention. Browser consent preferences remain locally until you change them or clear website storage. Optional engagement-event retention, security backups, email correspondence and Google Analytics retention require verification before a final published retention schedule can be guaranteed. Access is restricted by system permissions and service isolation.
Your rights. Subject to applicable rules, you may ask to be informed about processing, access or obtain a readable copy of personal data, request correction or destruction, and withdraw consent. Requests normally require action within 30 days, with a legally permitted extension and notice if applicable. Identity verification may be required. You may complain to the competent Saudi data protection authority (SDAIA) using its official portal.
Children. This public service is not designed to collect children's information. Additional age and guardianship safeguards will be evaluated before deploying account-based services. We do not claim that all online interactions are anonymous.
By using Asir Radar you access a regional data discovery service, not a seller, intermediary, legal adviser or government authority. Reading public data does not create an agency or advisory relationship.
Entries may contain delays, inaccuracies, expired offers or partial coverage. Independently verify prices, salaries, availability, licenses, deadlines, legal requirements and safety information with the original provider before committing funds, travel or an application.
Source content, trademarks and externally hosted materials remain subject to their owners' rights and terms. Our own compilations, presentation and code may be protected by applicable law; no broad scraping, database redistribution or third-party-content license is conferred by public access. Automated clients may use documented public APIs subject to fair rate limits, provenance and lawful use.
Do not impersonate others, compromise systems, overwhelm services, circumvent access restrictions or submit unlawful material. External booking/application/contact links lead to separate third parties whose conditions and privacy practices you should read.
Asir Radar may correct, remove or update records or features, including when a source changes or access becomes restricted. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights or liability that applicable Saudi law does not allow to be excluded. The Saudi laws applicable to the service govern, subject to mandatory conflict-of-law and consumer-protection provisions.
If commercial transactions are added, prices, contracting party, charges, cancellation, performance, consumer remedies and registered seller identification must be disclosed separately before accepting orders. This page alone is not a sales contract.
Acquisition. Priority is given to official open data and APIs, primary publisher pages and lawfully accessible public or partner data. A registered candidate source is not necessarily an active, usable source.
Evidence chain. Source observation → normalization and validation → entity resolution and deduplication → canonical entity → daily snapshot → change analysis → Web/API/AI publication. Source IDs, dates, links, coverage state and corrections should remain inspectable where provided by the upstream record.
Coverage states. HEALTHY_WITH_RESULTS means records were obtained; HEALTHY_ZERO_RESULTS means a verified empty result within the checked scope; PARTIAL, STALE, UNAVAILABLE, ACCESS_RESTRICTED and ERROR must never be presented as proof that a market has no opportunities.
Publication. The platform targets a daily snapshot at 07:00 Asia/Riyadh. Each page/API response should reveal publication time and currentness instead of assuming the schedule always succeeded. Prices, vacancies, events and weather can change between observations.
Corrections. Asir Radar may display source facts together with separately labelled analysis or confidence estimates. A publisher may update/remove its original content independently. Use canonical and source links when reporting suspected errors; no unverified prices or availability should be invented.
AI access. External systems can use the agent guide, OpenAPI and source health. Machine-readable output must preserve the same truth, freshness and attribution rules as human pages.
