Asir Radar is not a real-estate broker, recruitment agency, event organizer, government authority or representative of a source provider. It does not conclude transactions, receive deposits or payments, or collect commissions on behalf of an external provider. Source facts remain attributed to their original source. Asir Radar analysis or inference is labelled as analysis or inference.

Coverage can be partial and individual sources can be unavailable or restricted. A zero result therefore does not necessarily mean that no such opportunity exists. Users should verify material facts at the original source before making financial, property, employment or legal decisions.

The public service follows data-minimization principles. Public pages are not intended to collect visitor identity data. If accounts, forms or analytics involving personal data are introduced, this policy will be updated before activation in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing framework.
